Shipping policy
Sol-ti® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control. While we make every effort to support timely delivery, these circumstances may impact transit times.
Sol-ti®’s responsibility is fulfilled once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is secure and suitable for receiving packages. Sol-ti® is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If the shipment breaks or is damaged in transit, Sol-ti® will send out a new shipment free of charge.
