Refund & Return Policy
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please open a request in the Request Form or email us at hello@solti.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we’re unable to make changes due to the speed of our production and fulfillment process.
Once an order has been processed and delivered, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as our beverages are perishable and made without preservatives. All sales are final.

If your order does not meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, we encourage you to contact us through our Request Form before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Our team is committed to reviewing each case and will make every reasonable effort to reach a fair and timely resolution.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has any issues, we’re here to help! Please Submit a Request with our Customer Support team. Our team will review and do our best to make it right as soon as possible!
Returns
Due to the shelf life and nature of our products, all sales are final, there are no refunds, returns or change in ship date after order is placed.
